Practice Membership

Practice plan

After an initial examination, we provide a recommended treatment plan and estimates.

To all our practice plan patients,

We wanted to send you a short update.

As you aware, the current COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecendted event. We understand that this is a difficult and uncertain time for many of our patients and the impact of the Corona virus is causing worries – both practical and financial.

We want to reassure you that we are here for you.

We really appreciate your continued support as a practice member during these difficult times. We ask that you are patient with us during this period of closure. We need your help right now for us to be able to cotinue to help you and your family when we are able to re-open. As such, your membership plan will continue to run as normal during this period of closure.

Making the decision to close the practice has not been taken lightly, and we have absorbed all the guidance from our various advisory and regulatory bodies, such as the General Dental Council, Chief Dental Officer for England and the British Dental Association. We feel it is in the best interests of all our patients and their health for us to close the practice for a short while.

We may not be allowed to see patients face to face at present, but we are still on hand should you have any problems or concerns. We can offer advice, support and help with any issues that arise. It is important to point out that under current government guidelines, we are not allowed to treat patients, but we can advise remotely.

It is important to maintain your oral health over this period to ensure you are less likely to have a problem with your teeth and gums. As a practice member we will ensure that once we re-open, you will take priority in our booking systems, especially if you are due your routine examinations, hygiene or have any outstanding treatment. Please remember that under your practice membership you are still covered by the Emergancy Dental Care Assistance Scheme, if you would to be reminded of the scheme details, please go to

We will keep you informed of any further changes that may be announced or take place.

In the meantime, please keep safe.

Best wishes,
Latika and Vinay
